To write and produce your song, deliver it to you, provide support, prevent abuse of free previews, and improve our service and advertising. Your story is sent to our AI providers (for lyrics and music generation) solely to create your song.
If you request your free preview by email but don't finish your purchase, we will send you up to 3 short reminder emails over the following days so you don't lose your song. Every reminder includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time without affecting delivery of a song you've already paid for.
We share data only with the service providers that run this site: hosting, database and file storage, AI lyric and music generation, payment processing (Stripe), email delivery (Resend) and advertising platforms (e.g. Meta) for measurement. We do not sell your personal information.
We keep your song and order so your access link keeps working. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
As a UK-based service, we process your data under the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. You may request access, correction, deletion or portability of your personal data, or object to marketing reminders, at any time by emailing . You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
We use essential browser storage to remember your progress and your songs on this device, and advertising pixels to measure campaign performance.
